Aerial Thermal Imaging:

High-resolution thermal scans using the DJI Matrice 4T to detect hidden moisture, insulation issues, and potential leaks.

Interior Moisture Assessment:

Inspection of ceiling spaces, attics, and interior walls for signs of water stains, discoloration, or moisture intrusion.

Handheld Thermal Imaging:

Close-up thermal scans of problem areas to confirm anomalies detected during aerial imaging.

Visual Roof Survey:

Detailed inspection of roof surfaces, flashing, penetrations, and drainage systems for visible wear, damage, or deficiencies.

Mold & Mildew Indicators:

Identification of possible mold-like growth or biological contaminants caused by prolonged moisture exposure. We're mold certified to conduct both air and surface sampling, which is then sent to a nationally accredited lab for further analysis.

Moisture Meter Testing (Optional):

Spot-checking suspicious areas with a handheld moisture meter for accurate confirmation.
